Data Deletion Instructions

How to ask Respark to delete your data, including conversations that reached us from WhatsApp or Instagram through the Respark Echo platform.

1. If you contacted a business that uses Respark Echo

If you messaged a business on WhatsApp or Instagram and that business uses Respark Echo, your conversation may be stored by us on its behalf. To request deletion:

  • Email info@respark-os.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
  • Include the name of the business you messaged and the WhatsApp number or Instagram username you used.
  • We may ask you to confirm you control that number or account, for example by sending a message from it.
  • We notify the business, then delete your messages and identifiers from our systems within 30 days and confirm by email.

2. If you are a business and want to disconnect

  • WhatsApp Business: in the WhatsApp Business app, go to Settings → Account → WhatsApp Business Platform → Disconnect.
  • Instagram: Settings and privacy → Website permissions → Apps and websites, then remove Respark Echo. Facebook: Settings and privacy → Settings → Business integrations, then remove Respark Echo.
  • To delete or export all of your business's data from our systems, email info@respark-os.com; we complete the request within 30 days.

3. Website enquiries

To delete any data you sent us through the website or by phone, email info@respark-os.com or call +966 53 854 1945 (Saudi Arabia) or +973 3236 0205 (Bahrain).

4. What we may keep

We may keep the minimum records the law requires, such as accounting records, or a record that the deletion request was completed.
